Shipping Coverage

Only Dallas currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed on our website can be shipped to U.S. addresses only.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of increased order volume, processing times may take slightly longer than usual. Once an order has been processed, a shipping confirmation may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Only Dallas does not apply additional shipping charges after an order has been placed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Only Dallas is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If an order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the issue and, when applicable, coordinate with the shipping carrier to gather additional information.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional reshipping fees. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
