Only Dallas offers a return and refund process for eligible items under the conditions outlined below. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Return instructions are provided after a return request has been reviewed and approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking. Only Dallas is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.


Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
